Who are some key returning position players and what do you hope to see from them this year?
Braeden Terry – UW signee and top of the order bat with the ability to track down everything in CF.
Sheehan O’Connor – Middle infielder who gained valuable experience starting at SS as a true freshman and is expected to anchor the infield this season.
Drew Biggerstaff – Rs So Catcher that will be tasked with commanding the pitching staff.
Who are your key returning pitchers and why?
Eli Holbert – Big framed RHP with a mid 90’s fastball that has gained a lot of attention since the fall.

Thomas Blahous – LHP UW transfer

What was the focus and what things did you see from the team in the fall?
Heavy freshman class so the focus was getting them accustomed to college baseball and the speed of the game in the NWAC. Continued to develop and learn to play together. Some flashes this fall of the potential of this team and working to bring that out on a consistent basis.
What are the expectations and goals for the team entering the season?
Goal is the same as every year for this program. Win the NWAC. It starts in region and defending the NWAC North title then showing well in Longview at the end of the year.
