Trying to improve arm strength for catcher and add more power behind my barrel

Try to throw 90 off mound and get 1 D1 offer
How long have you been playing baseball and what got you started in the game?
Since I was 4. I started by watching my brother play, and because my family has been really into baseball
What are some of your favorite things about the game of baseball?
The challenge of the game where you have to use your brain more than your physical body, so this is what makes the game challenging and exciting at the same time.
Who in your life has helped push you to be your best on the field?
My dad, he’s the one that guided me through life of how to play baseball, and how to be an even better person off the field
