Great Northwest Athletic Conference

Western Oregon vs Montana St Billings – In this four game series the Western Oregon offense would put the pedal to the metal and bring 75 runs in to score, earning the sweep, but not before a few program records would fall from the big days. Blayze Arcano and Josh Berman would each hit 3 home runs in the same game, tying each other for the single game record at Western Oregon. Arcano would have 9 RBIs in the game setting a team record. Overall Arcano would hit 5 home runs, score 10 times and drive in 21 RBIs on the weekend.

Northwest Nazarene vs St Martins – #9 ranked Northwest Nazarene would put on an offensive show of their own putting up 59 runs to get the sweep of St Martins. Haden Keller (NN) would have a big weekend collecting 10 hits, scoring 7 runs and driving in 8.

Cascade Collegiate Conference

LC State vs Eastern Oregon – LC State would look to continue their domination of the conference but Eastern Oregon would shock LC State in game one of the series getting the 12-10 victory, but LC State would recover and win the remaining 3 games to take the series. Brock Ephan would have another big weekend collecting 11 hits, scoring 8 times and driving in 13 runs.

Corban vs Oregon Tech – Each team would have their day in the sun as Corban would sweeps Saturday’s double header, and Oregon Tech returning the favor by sweeping Sunday’s double dip. Mason Shaw would go 7 innings only allowing 2 earned runs to get one of Corban’s two wins. Trask Telesmanich would give Oregon Tech a solid outing going 6 innings, giving up only 1 run while striking out 7 to earn the win.

Northwest Conference

Linfield vs George Fox – A rivalry matchup between to storied programs in the NWC would see each team having their own standout day. Linfield would come out Friday winning both games of the double header, but George Fox would respond with the double header sweep of their own on Monday. Andrew Del biaggio would have a solid outing for Linfield going 6.1 innings striking out 6 and only allowing 2 runs in his win. Chase Fetzer (George Fox) would go 5 innings and not allow a run in his win.

Whitman vs Pacific Lutheran – Whitman would need a big weekend to help secure themselves in the top 4 in the NWC and that is just what they would do winning 3 out of 4. Ethan Sitzman would help spark the Whitman offense with 11 hits, 5 runs scored and 7 RBIs.

Pacific vs Willamette – The top two teams in the NWC would face off with Pacific looking to hold onto the top spot. Both teams would end up leaving the weekend collecting two wins and maintaining their places in the rankings. For Pacific the two wins puts them in range of clinching the NWC regular season next weekend against George Fox. They will need to win two games next weekend to host the NWC Championship. Derek Eubanks (Pacific) would pitch 7 innings allowing only 1 earned run and collecting the win. Justin Miller (Willamette) would pitch a complete game (8 Innings) only allowing 3 earned runs to earn a win.

Whitworth vs Puget Sound – With 3 games played so far in the weekend series, last game to be played tonight, Whitworth leads 2-1. Dylan Bishop and Jake Briones would both have great outings for Whitworth. Bishop going 7 innings only allowing 1 run and Briones going 7.2 innings and only giving up 2 earned runs.
