What things did you see from the team in the fall?
The guys picked up our system faster than expected and worked diligently to get better on a daily basis.
What was the focus during the fall for the team?
Our focus was on the team dynamic and installing our systems of checks and balances.

We need to live one day at a time and focus on steadily evolving in all phases
